What to Include

The email address of the Google account you signed in with, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. For a video problem, the time you made it or the reference number shown on screen helps a lot.

Common Requests

• A finished video with a problem. Tell us what's wrong. We refund the credits that video used, in money, back to your original payment method (through Stripe), and if you've only used part of a pack, the credits you haven't used yet are refunded in money too.
• A failed render. Usually there's nothing to do: it's retried once automatically, and if it fails again, the credits go back to your account automatically.
• Account and billing. Google sign-in, credits, orders and payments.
• Privacy. Deleting your photos, videos or whole account sooner than the automatic deletion of photos 30 days after upload.
• Rights concerns. If you think a video made here uses your image without permission, email us the details and we'll look into it.
