Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mr and Mrs Stretchy ("we", "us") handles your information when you use https://mrandmrsstretchy.org.

Information We Collect

1. Account information. You sign in with your Google account, which gives us your name, email address and profile picture.
2. Photos you upload. The photos you provide so we can make your video, including the people or pets shown in them.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you and related details, such as when each one was made and whether it finished.
4. Payment information. What you bought and whether the payment went through. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
5. Visit and traffic data. We use Google Analytics to understand visits to the site. On your first visit we store the traffic source (for example, the site or link that brought you here) in a cookie for 30 days, and it's saved with your account when you sign up.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, process payments and refunds, answer support emails, prevent abuse and understand how the site is used. Your photos are used only to make your video. We don't sell your photos, videos or personal data.

How Long We Keep It

• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Generated videos stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to.
• Account data stays until you ask us to delete your account.
