Terms of Service

The rules for using Mr and Mrs Stretchy: what you may upload, credits and payments, refunds and your rights in the videos you make.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mr and Mrs Stretchy at https://mrandmrsstretchy.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Mr and Mrs Stretchy lets you upload a photo of two people (or one photo each) and generate a short Mr and Mrs Stretchy-style clay-cartoon video with AI. Mr and Mrs Stretchy is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by the creator of Mr. Stretchy (@mr_.stretchy on TikTok, @mr._stretchy and @ms._stretchy on Instagram), TikTok, Instagram, CapCut or ByteDance.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done with your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Everyone shown must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be in the video. Photos of celebrities or other public figures are not allowed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mr and Mrs Stretchy to create:

  • nudity or sexual content;
  • content involving minors;
  • hateful content, or content that harasses or bullies anyone;
  • videos that impersonate a real person or pass AI footage off as real.

We may refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these rules.

Credits, Prices and Refunds

  • Credits buy renders: a 6-second video costs 6 credits, a 10-second video 13 credits and a 15-second video 20 credits.
  • Credits come in one-time packs, with no subscription, and they never expire.
  • Prices are in US dollars, shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe.
  • A render that fails is retried once automatically; if it fails again, its credits are refunded automatically. A photo turned down by the content check gets its credits back automatically too.
  • If a finished video has a problem, email [email protected] and we refund the credits that video used, in money, back to your original payment method (through Stripe). If you've only used part of a pack, the credits you haven't used yet are refunded in money too.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. The videos you make are yours to use, including posting them on social media. Please label them as AI-generated where that's required.

AI Results

The service is provided "as is". AI results vary from render to render, and we don't guarantee a particular likeness, backdrop or prop. Review your video before you share it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Mr and Mrs Stretchy at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Mr and Mrs Stretchy after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
